We are a husband and wife team who have been working together for over 10 years. We first arrived in Australia in 2014 and immediately fell in love with this amazing country. In 2018 we were finally ready to settle down and decided the Sunshine Coast is the perfect place for us. We are both huge foodies and very passionate about what we do. We understand everyones needs are different and love to customise menus to suit each customers needs.
Meet the team…
Tye originally from South Africa soon started his chef career after moving to the UK. During his apprenticeship Tye experienced cooking courses with top chefs including original tv chef Keith Floyd and Raymond Blanc. After travelling around Australia Tye accepted the head chef role at Harrisons restaurant in Port Douglas where he received his first chefs hat award. Although Tye's love for fine dining still prevails you will often find him behind the braai / barbecue with a big smile on his face!
Lily studied catering & hospitality for 2 years after leaving school and has worked in hospitality ever since. After realising her love for events Lily went onto study event management. Lily’s calm manner has made managing & coordinating events for up to 200 people look easy!
